Spooktacular Trunk or Treat

Things are getting SPOOKY at the Benelux and we need you!

Event begins at 6PM and ends at 9PM.

Don't miss our annual Trunk-or-Treat at Chievres Air Base.  We will have a trunk trail near the Garrison HQ building with (vehicle) trunks and tables full of goodies for the kids. Come dressed in your favorite costume and bring a bag for all your treats!  Contests, Trunk-or-Treat, Live Entertainment & MORE! 

VENDORS:

This opportunity is open and in need of Vendors, Goodie Booths or Event Trunks (SFRG, PO’s and/or Families are welcome to participate)

All participants are encouraged to decorate their booths, trunks or tents!

Organizations are responsible for their own decorations. Family and MWR will provide electricity on limited request(s) with booth.

*Goodie Booths (If you don’t have a trunk, a table can be provided instead; POC will need to provide "SEED" goodie/treats to families)

Food, Craft/General Sales Vendors 

If you plan to participate and conduct a fundraiser, please return the following documents to our office:

1. Fundraising Application - Please list all food/drinks to be sold & electricity requirements

2. Your last PO approval memo signed by the GC

3. AND/OR GoogleLink: to sign-up for a Goodie Booth or Trunk for the Halloween SpookTacular.

Food Vendor's note:

-Menu/Product Items will be approved on a FIRST COME basis; which may mean a change in menu will be required based on submissions.

-One (1) person at the event must be trained in food handling procedures
